What is the turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is 10-12 Business days after the confirmation of order, for the product to be delivered at your doorstep whereas the expedited turnaround time is 6-8 Business Days.
How can I provide the dimensions for a custom box?
If you are facing a problem in getting the exact size for your box, you can share the dimensions of your products (L X W X H) and we will help you decide the box size. Generally the dimensions are:
- Length: Left to Right
- Width: Front to Back
- Height: Top to Bottom.
What types of packaging materials do you offer?
Instant Custom Packaging is a custom manufacturer and offers a wide range of packaging materials including premium RIGID material, cardstock material for product packaging, kraft material for eco-friendly options and corrugated material for shipping.
What Add-Ons do you offer for my boxes to stand out?
We offer different add-ons for custom boxes which include Spot UV, Foiling, Window Die-Cut, Embossing, Debossing and many others.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom packaging?
Our MOQ is 100 boxes for each size and style but it can be lowered down to 50 on request or a special project.
Do you offer eco-friendly or sustainable packaging options?
ICP aims to contribute towards a greener climate and we deal in 100% plastic free products. All the packaging materials we offer are sustainable and eco-friendly.
How to know which box I should choose for my product?
